Unable to View Imaging Document When Using Internet Explorer 8/9 With SSL Enabled (Doc ID 1557141.1)

When attempting to view an image with SSL enabled, the following error occurs:

"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

On the client's scan workstation and server, a certificate warning is returned. If it is accepted, the message just returns.

This only relates to using Internet Explorer.
