Symptoms

 Application successfully booted up. However TSAM Manager rejects the configuration reporting the following error :

CMDTUX_CAT:7022: ERROR: TSAM Manager reported error:HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<ERROR>Error on line 1 of document  : Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8
sequence. Nested exception: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.</ERROR>

 

This error is followed by  

CMDTUX_CAT:7029: ERROR: TSAM Manager rejected
message:POST /tsam/dataserver HTTP/1.1
