Site Replication For Very Large Video Files Is Slow (Doc ID 1559548.1)

Symptoms

It takes a very long time to index and release a large video file in content server.  For example, if I check in a 300MB mp4 file, it will take 40 minutes or so before this file is released and can be found in the search results.  Why is that?
