On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
framework folders does not provide the ability to define a default document profile in my folders checkin. When using the my folders action to add new content, there is no way to set a default idc profile value for the checkin new form.

The actual url is
"isPopup=1&coreContentOnly=1&fFileType=owner&fParentGUID=FLD_USER%3Aweblogic&IdcService=CHECKIN_NEW_FORM";

compared to a new checkin form

IdcService=CHECKIN_NEW_FORM&dpTriggerValue=Tax&dpDisplayLabel=Tax

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the ability to define a default document profile during the my folders checkin be available since it is available during the checkin new process

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. try to pass a default profile trigger value to the checkin new form on add new content item

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue UAT testing
