OVD Fails to Listen on the SSL Port with Error "SSLContext is not initialized"

Symptoms
OVD 10.1.4.3
OVD Server gets started but unable to connect on the SSL Listen port
Able to connect on the non-SSL port, but unable to query any adapters that connects to the backend LDAP server in SSL.
vde.log shows the following errors
[2013-06-03 18:16:56,528] ERROR - LDAP: Unable to listen on Port 636: SSLContext is not initialized [Thread-5]
[2013-06-03 18:23:12,323] ERROR - LDAP: Unable to listen on Port 636: SSLContext is not initialized [Thread-5]
[2013-06-03 18:24:51,549] ERROR - LDAP: Unable to listen on Port 636: SSLContext is not initialized [Thread-5]
[2013-06-03 18:30:21,048] ERROR - LDAP: Unable to listen on Port 636: SSLContext is not initialized [Thread-5]
[2013-06-03 18:23:12,323] ERROR - LDAP: Unable to listen on Port 636: SSLContext is not initialized [Thread-5]
[2013-06-03 18:24:51,549] ERROR - LDAP: Unable to listen on Port 636: SSLContext is not initialized [Thread-5]

Renewed the certificate for one of the LDAP Adapter that connects to the backend AD Server in SSL
