Symptoms

 When using GenericSoapService (GenericSoapPort) with WebCenter Content 11g, the following warning appears when using a Web Service Proxy in JDeveloper. 

 

WARNING: JPS-00167 Failed to validate the xml content. cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'jpsConfig'. Location: line 2 column 113.
