Large (> 4GB) Native File Downloads Fail (Doc ID 1564190.1)

Symptoms

Downloading a file around 4GB causes a successful download of a file that is only 210MB.  The file in the vault is correct and 4GB. Larger files (e.g. 30GB download attempted) causes immediate termination of user session so that clicking Native download link just shows login page
