Symptoms

When attempting to upload a document to the Imaging client, the following error occurs:

oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-00787: A repository error occurred.
faultType: SYSTEM
faultDetails:
ErrorCode = oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException, ErrorMessage = Content item 'IPM_048258' was not successfully checked in. The content ID 'IPM_[DocumentID]' is not unique.
