Symptoms

Unable to restart the connector server after copying AD Connector bundle patch in to the connector server home.

Error details : 

ConnectorServer.exe Error: 0 : Exception occured starting connector server
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxxxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxxxxxxx'
