Goal

After completing an Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) 11g installation, all the log files generated by each individual FMW component are derived from the server locale.

Many times it is desirable to write the logs in a different language then the default server locale. The purpose of this document is to provide the steps in order to change the log messages language for FMW components.
