SOA 11g: Duplicate Invocation of Service when a Fault was Thrown and Partner Link Configured to Use UDDI (Doc ID 1564997.1)

When a partner link was configured to use UDDI for endpoint lookup and if the invocation resulted in fault, the service was invoked twice.
If the uddi configuration was removed from the composite.xml the behavior was back to normal with only one invocation of the service.
