Using EBS Managed Attachments Integration with WCC, Unable To Set Default Document Type on Check In Form

Using the EBS Managed Attachments integration with WebCenter Content (WCC), you are trying to set a different Doc Type to be the default displayed on the checkin form.
You followed the directions in the Administrator's Guide for Oracle Application Adapters, Section 7.6.4: Customizing the Document Type Used For New Attachments.
This documentation tells you to set a value for afDocType in the AFEnvironmentConfiguration resultset found in the preferences.hda file.
Even after doing that and restarting WCC, the old default value is displayed on the checkin form, rather than the one specified in preferences.hda
