Goal

When using Internet Explorer, with Oracle iPlanet Web Server is set up to do a redirect from non-SSL to SSL, and authentication is configured for the redirect destination, the redirect appears to be preceded by the authentication request as the pop-up authentication window in IE does not indicate HTTPS, and instead says "The server HOSTNAME.DOMAIN requires a username and password". This is not expected behavior.
