Goal

Trying to enable version support in Oracle Designer:
Steps:
1. Logged into RAU (Repository Admin Utility)
2. Open 'Options' and clicked 'Enable Version Support'

The following errors are issued:
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
CDR-02552: Access rights may only be updated or revoked by grantor (XXXX)
