Goal

The WCCREC Component (CommonUtils) was the only component enabled on my WebCenterContent (WCC) 11G instance to utilize the Tool tips feature. But i'ts not working as expected when implemented from Configuration manager.

Is it possible to enable individual Webcenter Content: Records components to obtain specific WCCREC features such as Tool tips, Related Content, etc?
