Symptoms
After reassociating the WLS policy/credential store with the database, the SystemProperties editor can no longer be started from the command line and throws the following error:
Unable to load password file. Error initializing the security objects. Unable to execute service method 'getContext'.
oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredStoreException: JPS-01060: The credential store instance does not have the property ldap url/JDBC url/datasource JNDI name defined.
