Oracle Fusion Middleware Performance and Tuning Guide 11g Release 2 (11.1.2) Part Number E28552-02
Chapter 25 Oracle Access Management Performance Tuning
Section 25.2 Performance Considerations for Oracle Access Management Services
Sub Section 25.2.2 Controlling Network Latency
It states ...
"The Webgates need to be configured to recycle their connections proactively prior to the Load Balancer terminating the connections, unless the Load Balancer is capable of sending TCP resets to both the Webgate and the server ensuring clean connection cleanup."
- Can you please explain how to configure 11g Webgates to proactively recycle their connections to LBR ?
- What setting controls the WebGate connection recycle?
- Will the connection recycle happen if there is transaction in progress ? or only if that has been idle for max session time ?
