Compiled JSPs Removed From DOMAIN_HOME/tmp/_WL_user/.../jsp_servlet When WebLogic Managed Server Restarts (Doc ID 1569794.1)

Symptoms

Each time WebLogic managed servers are restarted, all previously complied JSP '.class' files are removed. With previous versions of WebLogic like WebLogic 10.3.3, the class files were preserved when the managed server was restarted. The issue started after the upgrade to 10.3.6.

By default, compiled JSPs are kept under the following directory, unless this is configured manually to log to a different path. The directory that gets wiped is jsp_servlet.
