When Editing Announcements in WebCenter Spaces/Portal, the Popup Window Resizes (Doc ID 1572535.1)

Symptoms

When editing an announcement in any WebCenter space or subspace,  the popup window 'resizes' itself making it difficult to click save or ok.

This issue only exists in IE browser and can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Go to Announcements page.
  2. Create Announcement.
  3. Click Edit Announcement.
  4. Click in Text field.
  5. Move mouse pointer from text field to save button (The whole popup window changes size as you hover between these area.)
