Symptoms

Silent 11.1.1.6.1 installation on Weblogic failing with this error in the install_log.log:

[2013-07-25 20:59:28.302][CS.INSTALL][ERROR] Textbox verification failed on Dialog :Oracle WebCenter Sites Application Deployment Tomcat Error encountered: The directory specifed either does not exist or is invalid.
The directory specified should contain the file or folder "webapps" and does not.
Please check the path and try again.
