OUD-EUS Integration: Wallet not Created When Running DBCA (Doc ID 1573358.1)

Oracle Wallet is not properly created when running dbca in some cases, when performing OUD-EUS integration.
There is an issue with some versions of the DB, where it does create the wallet but without the autologin feature and this leads to EUS not working:

BUG 16214645 - DOC : BUG ON DB 11.1.6.0 IMPACT EUS.

This occurs with Database version 11.1.0.6 and is fixed in Database version 11.1.0.7.
