With CleanupExpireDays enabled, the Imaging Input Agent Fails on Applications that have BPEL Workflows Configured (Doc ID 1573842.1)

Symptoms

When enabling "CleanupExpireDays" = 1, the Input agent cannot process incoming files when input is being processed for an application that has a BPEL Workflow configured to create a workflow instance.  Files are being stored in the "Error" folder along with a FilerFile-Parsing Error.

The input file in the Error folder has the following error:

The file xxxxx.xxx cannot be moved to the directory /home/oracle/InputAgent/Input/Holding

If the"CleanupExpireDays" flag is not set (value equals "0"), the process is working as expected.
