Capture Recognition Server Fails to Recognize Bar Codes Intermittently After Being Processed by Import Server (Doc ID 1574630.1)

Symptoms

The scenario is as follows:

  1. Barcodes are on a single page that is used as a cover sheet at various locations.
  2. The documents are faxed with that cover sheet.
  3. After being processed by Import Server, (create as batches for WCC) some barcodes are not read.
  4. The condition is specific to documents from specific locations and does not appear for documents from other locations.
