Forms Recognition Invoices Project Exports ScanDate in a Format That InputAgent Does Not Accept (Doc ID 1574792.1)

Symptoms

An error occurs during Inpu tAgent processing on Imaging when importing an input file created by Forms Recognition export. The error states "input value 2013-08-06 could not be converted to a date. It does not conform to a short, medium or long date format for the current locale."

The input file contains further details in the <domain>/IPM/InputAgent/Input/Errors (or other configured Input path) directory. The input file that gets moved to the "Errors" directory shows the following errors.
