Several GoldenGate GGSCI commands execute SQL statements and/or PL/SQL packages on an Oracle database, for example;

If there are problems with these commands, then the problem may not be immediately obvious from the GGSCI interface.

So, this note demonstrates how to diagnose any Oracle database problems when such commands are issued.
