Unable To Use Shared Libraries On WLS 12.1.1.0 (Doc ID 1576153.1)

Symptoms

Shared libraries build as .ear file is successfully deployed to Weblogic 12.1.1.0.4.

When deploying another application .ear file to reference the above Shared libraries, the "AdminServer\logs\AdminServer.log" shows the error

The specific error is: [Deployer:149158]No application files exist at "<wls1211_domain>\servers\AdminServer\stage\sharedLibClient\sharedLibClient.ear".."
weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [Deployer:149003]Unable to access application source information in "<wls1211_domain>\servers\AdminServer\stage\sharedLibClient\sharedLibClient.ear" for application "sharedLibClient".
