How To Delete Account Management Links On the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g Default Login Page?

Oracle Access Manager/Oracle Indentity Manager (OAM/OIM) 11g Integration
OAM 11g default login page
When this configuration is used, the OAM default login page will have 3 Account Management Links:The Forgot Password, Register New Account, and Track User Registration

At some point it may be decided that the integration is no longer wanted/needed and the 3 Account Management Links would need to be removed.

This note will provide the steps on how to accomplish this task.
