Goal

Can OWSM message level protection work with a Cluster Level Certificate?

As an explanation of this question, suppose five Oracle products are installed in an environment and each install was performed across a cluster.

Can OWSM and the inbound and outbound request work with a cluster level certificate or does the certificate need to be configured at a Managed Server/Domain level?
