WCS on WebSphere: Tree applet doesn't load and Admin UI continously refreshing in Chrome (Doc ID 1577036.1)

In Admin UI, the left-hand side tree applet doesn't load and the entire UI frame continuously refreshes in Chrome browser.

The UI is working fine in Internet Explorer.
