Logging Into WebCenter Capture Through Citrix Fails and Domain List is Empty When User Attempts to Log In

Information in this document applies to any platform.
- After configuring Capture in a Citrix environment, users are prompted to log in. In the log on screen, it is possible to enter the user name, but the domain list is empty and cannot be updated manually to select the correct domain.
- Capture is configured to use Domain Security with the option "Prompt Users".
