Symptoms

You have an adapter that is failing for whatever reason and the adapter error message clearly states that the exception is not retriable yet the errors are continuous for the same payload because the adapter is infinitely retrying it.

Message is similar to:

 The above example is from the DB Adapter but it could be any of the JCA adapters that exhibit the problem.  The specific error code / cause is less important than the fact that it shouldn't be retried but is.
