WebCenter Content: Imaging BPEL Workflow Agent Is Not Using The HTTPS Port To Generate The Document URI (Doc ID 1578098.1)

Symptoms

After installing WCC Imaging, Patch #17 - Patch 17057064 : CUMULATIVE IPM/AXF PATCH 11.1.1.6.0 NUMBER 17 DATE 2013-07-05), the BPEL injection process for Imaging to SOA is adding the wrong URI to the image in the payload. It is using the HTTP address and not the HTTPS address. 

Before applying the patch:
https://SERVER_NAME:443/imaging/faces/Pages/UrlTools.jspx?ToolName=AWVWR&DocumentId=x.IPM_xxxxxx

After applying the patch:
http://SERVER_NAME:41513/imaging/faces/Pages/UrlTools.jspx?ToolName=AWVWR&DocumentId=x.IPM_xxxxxx
