Symptoms

In WebCenter Content (WCC), when attempting to add a new outgoing provider to connect to the Inbound Refinery, once clicking the 'Save' button the following error is thrown:

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to add or edit provider 'IBR'. Unable to do filter 'idc.provider.ProviderServiceFilter' for type 'validateProvider'. Unable to instantiate java class code for 'idc.provider.ProviderServiceFilter' at location 'idc.provider.ProviderServiceFilter' with default location at 'idc.provider.ProviderServiceFilter'.
