Symptoms
After applying default metadata on a framework folder, content items uploaded to that folder using Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) will have incorrect release dates: the release date on the item will reflect the time at which the default metadata was applied on the folder an NOT the time at which the item was checked in or released.
This issue reproduces in WebCenter Content 11.1.1.6 and WebCenter Content 11.1.1.7.
