Symptoms
You have an environment with WCC 11.1.1.8.0 or 11.1.1.9.0 and FlipFactory for video conversion. After the video file is uploaded and converted by FlipFactory, you can see the web rendition in the native (older) user interface (UI), but get "Cannot display document because it could not be successfully converted." in the new ADF-based content UI. In addition, the story board images from the native UI are displayed as attachments in the new UI.
