Symptoms

Within the (11.1.1.8.0) version of WebCenter Content (WCC), the configuration setting 'FldPersonalFolderSecurityGroup' to set the default Security Group to be used in Users's folders is no longer working.  This option was working in previous versions.

Changes

 Upgrade from 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.8.0
