The First Line of Content is Showed Incomplete in ReadOnly RichTextEditor in ADF application (Doc ID 1580476.1)

In an ADF application, the first line of content is shown incomplete in component Read Only Rich Text Editor.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Write some content in Word 2007 and set Font Size to be between 5 to 16.
Copy the content to an Editable richTextEditor and save the content to database.
Load the content to a ReadOnly richTextEditor from database.

You will find the first line of content displayed incomplete.
