OAM is configured to handle Single Sign On for the Webcenter Content server and for the Site Studio sites the WCC contains. The initial access to the WCC and protected sites works as expected, the user is presented with the OAM authentication page, the user's credentials are entered and they are redirected to the WCC page or the protected site.

But if the session to the WCC page or to a protected site is idle past the idle timeout, when the page is re-accessed or refreshed the user is presented with the WCC authentication page and not the OAM pages as expected.
