Exported CSV/TXT File Fails to Append the Batch Name to the File Name Within Forms Recognition (Doc ID 1582306.1)

Symptoms

After enabling the CSV output with the following settings:

CSV_OP_OutputCSVFile=YES
CSV_OP_01_OutputFile=YES
CSV_OP_01_CombinedFilePerBatch=YES
CSV_VL_01_Filepath=
CSV_VL_01_Filename=
CSV_VL_01_FileType=txt
CSV_VL_01_FilePrefix=Invoice_

The exported file takes the name of "Invoice_".  The batch name is not appended to the prefix "Invoice_0000001" for example.  The issue does not appear on a different server using the same project and configuration.
