Goal

The goal of this article is to convey the process of creating a standalone client environment which bypasses the EDQP Java Web Start when customers experience Java Web Start timeout issues due to the large size of the "ScsImports.jar" or "DSLImports.jar". This is considered an internal KM article and should only be used when customers are unable to access the EDQP client applications via Java Web Start (and after all other avenues of resolution have been exhausted).
