Imaging AXF WorkList Load Generates Error "TCM-91010: Unable to create named connection without a provider specified" (Doc ID 1583991.1)

Symptoms

 When loading a worklist page for the Solution Accelerator, the following error is displayed:

"Unable to create named connection without a provider specified"

The Imaging logs files display the error and corresponding code.
