Error 500--Internal Server Error To Login to WebCenter Sites, With 403 Errors in Stack Trace (Doc ID 1585225.1)

Symptoms

Running WebCenter Sites on WebLogic, users are getting 500 errors while trying to log into the delivery server:

The error displayed shows:

Error 500--Internal Server Error
