Profile Gallery Changes are Propagated to Other Spaces (Doc ID 1585370.1)

Symptoms

After placing a ‘Profile Gallery’ component in a Space and editing it, the component is not only edited for that specific Space and user, but it is also being changed in every other Space for every other user that has placed on.
In the same way, If the a component is removed from the ‘Profile Gallery’ , it is instantly removed out of all the other ‘Profile Gallery’ instances.

How to Reproduce:

1.  Login in as weblogic.
2.  Create a new page.
3.  Add content
     -> Social and Communication
         -> Profile Gallery
4.  In Profile Gallery, edit the component property: "Profile".
5.  Change User ID
     Example:
     From: #{pageFlowScope.userId == null ? facesContext.externalContext.userPrincipal.name : pageFlowScope.userId}’) to a static value for the userid such as "TESTACCOUNT1".
6.  Create TESTACCOUNT1 and UserX.
7.  Login in as "UserX".
8.  The UserID in Profile Gallery, is showing as "TESTACCOUNT"
9.  Same for another Space with Profile Gallery added.
