Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Content Server
When attempting to check-in with a password protected primary file,
Content Categorizer is throwing the following internal error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on checkin new content link in content server.
2. Provide a password protected file as primary file.
3. Click on Categorize button in bottom of checkin page.
4. Content server throws internal server error.
