ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When following Oracle Documentation to force basic authentication by adding '_dav" to a url:http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/doc.1111/e10624/servers.htm
The weblogic authentication page is displayed, but after entering credentials, a blank page is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected when following Oracle Documentation to force basic authentication that basic authentication complete properly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add '_dav' to the url of a document like this:
http://host:16200/_dav/cs/groups/retu_m/documents/test/mdaw/mdex/~edisp/test.jpg
2. Enter credentails
3. Blank Page is displayed

Due to this issue, users cannot use basic authentication
