Getting Blank Document When Applying Watermarks After Migration from 10g to 11g Using CMU (Content Migration Utility). (Doc ID 1586549.1)

Symptoms

Migrating from 10g to 11g (11.1.1.7).

Docs with watermarks are becoming blank.

Within Watermark Adminitration applet: Rules, Templates and Configuration tabs content is the same on 11g as was in 10g.

Logs show error :

System code execution error. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bouncycastle/asn1/ASN1OctetString. java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.bouncycastle.asn1.ASN1OctetString.

 Migration from 10g to 11g using CMU.
