Symptoms

Using Webcenter Enterprise Capture 11.1.1.8 and having the Commit Processor generate a "PDF Image-Only" PDF document generates an error on every batch on a Red Hat Linux 6.3 system:

  oracle.odc.exception.CommitException: Failed to export document to an Image-Only PDF. Exit code: 4
  EXOpenExport() returned error code 4 (no filter available for this file type)
