Additional Information Displayed When Using 'AbortToErrorPage' Idoc Script Function (Doc ID 1587208.1)

Goal

When created a global rule to prevent the dDocType from being updated using the steps outlined here:
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/doc.1111/e10978/c04_metadata.htm#CSMRC576

The resulting error message is as follows:
Content Server Request Failed
Error Unable to update the content item information for 'WCCS1_000001'. Unable to evaluate derived value for the field dDocType in rule FailOnCheckinError. Error evaluating server script expression. Only administrators can change dDocType.

However, within the steps, the message that should be delivered is "Only administrators can change dDocType". Is the additional information as designed?
