Preview Shows The Same Page For Every Asset (Doc ID 1587410.1)

Symptoms

When previewing an asset, or viewing an asset in Web mode, the very first asset viewed displays correctly, but any other asset just displays the exact same page as the first one.

It happens for all assets, regardless of asset type.

Once the page cache is flushed, the next asset viewed again displays correctly, but any asset after that then displays the page of the first asset viewed after clearing the cache.
