Unable To Log Out When Using Load Balancer Name (Doc ID 1588244.1)

Purpose

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, WebCenter Sites

When attempting to logout of admin interface which is using the load balancer URL for casUrl property,
the following error occurs.

java.net.UnknownHostException: {load balancer host}
  at java.net.Inet4AddressImpl.lookupAllHostAddr(Native Method)
  at java.net.InetAddress$1.lookupAllHostAddr(InetAddress.java:866)
  at java.net.InetAddress.getAddressesFromNameService(InetAddress.java:1258)
